The free component of Call of Duty, War zone 2.0, was recently launched and introduced some new weapons to use both in the title Battle Royale and in the multiplayer mode of Modern Warfare 2. Two of the weapons can be found when advancing in the pass of Battle, while a third weapon can be unlocked directly through a game challenge. Here is how to get the M13B in Modern Warfare 2 and War zone 2.0.
How to unlock the M13B in Modern Warfare 2 and War zone 2.0
The M13B is an assault rifle that presents a higher fire cadence and better handling compared to the standard M4 rifle. The weapon can be seen inside the harmony when a personalized load is made, but it cannot be equipped at the beginning. It contains a clue on how to unlock the weapon.
It unlocks by defeating the chemist in the DMZ radiation zone and extracts its weapon, says the description.
The DMZ is a new mode introduced together with War zone 2.0, and it can be described as the version of Call of Duty from Escape from Markov with AI and enemies of real players. The M13B can be unlocked when defeating a specific boss, the chemist, within the DMZ mode.
Once you load in a coincidence of DMZ, lift your map and locate a yellow circle with a radiation symbol in the middle. The chemist will be inside that area, and you must immediately travel to the area before other players arrive to do the same.

The area is full of radiation that will continuously damage players, but can be neutralized with a gas mask that can be found by defeating enemies near the area. The exact location of the chemist cannot be found on the map, but uses a bright yellow hazardous materials and is surrounded by armor enemies. Be prepared in advance for a hard fight, and it is better to address it with teammates.
Defeat the chemist will drop his M13B weapon, so he requested and go to an exfiltration site to extract it successfully. It is worth noting that only the player who holds the rifle will unlock it and several races will be needed so that a whole team also obtains the weapon. The base M13B will now be unlocked, while the special M13B that released the chemist can continue to be used in the DMZ until the player loses it.
That is like getting the M13B in Modern Warfare 2 and War zone 2.0. Activision has revealed that the M13B can also be purchased inside a package in the game store, but there is currently no package that contains the weapon at the time of the launch.
