The developers of Forspoken are listening to the opinions and comments of the players, and will use them to adjust the game before its launch.
This was explained in an interview with Game Report, the creative producer of the title, Raio Mitsuno, which pointed out that many players had shown concern about the frequency of dialogues between the protagonist and her bracelet.
“We are looking at that kind of thing, adjusting the frequency, making sure that it does not reach the point where it is too much, but we want to make sure that [conversations] have a pleasant rhythm.” Mitsuno said. At the same time, the team wants to avoid a lot of silence in the exploration of the world.
However, Mitsuno ensures that the relationship between the two characters will not change despite the fact that the frequency of the dialog is adjusted. They will begin with enemies, given that Frey, the protagonist, does not want to save Athia at first.
During the first progress sessions of the game, the representation was criticized that the game made Frey as a racialized woman, adjusting to some usual stereotypes. A little later, Square Enix assured that he had worked with a large number of consultants to make sure he did not make mistakes about it. About this, specifically, Mitsuno has not pronounced.
Recently, Forspoken announced that it would be delayed until October.
